1. How do I register my referral?
To register your referral please use the online form available at http://www.supportsit.com/iwantmyfreelaptop or, alternatively give Gerard a call on 01 8847962.
2. What happens then?
SupportsIT will contact you by telephone or email to acknowledge receipt of the referral and will then engage with the potential customer to arrange a site-visit, quotation etc.
3. How big does the potential customer have to be?
Anywhere from 5 to 105 PCs, the only requirement is that the service element of the SupportsIT contract must be an amount greater that €2,000 for annual support. Don't be put off by the amount, that's for a whole year of service.
4. Do I have to do anything more?
No, the SupportsIT sales team will take the lead and arrange the whole sales process.
5. What make and model is the laptop?
The model is an Acer Aspire One. It is designed to fit into a handbag or briefcase - ideal for use in coffee shops or wireless networks in offices.
6. How many laptops can I get?
There is no limit to the amount of laptops that you can receive, provided you can pass on that much business, we'd be delighted to give you as many laptops as you earn.
7. When do I get my laptop?
SupportsIT will order the laptop immediately upon signing a customer activation agreement with a new customer. You will have your new laptop within 2 weeks of the activation date.
